Title: Imperial Assists in New State of the Art Hydrogen Plant

Lemont, IL - Imperial Crane Services, Inc. coordinates with Linde Gas North America to assemble a plant supplying hydrogen to the adjacent CITGO Refinery. The major components, arriving on site each day, are being lifted by Imperial’s 300-ton Link Belt and five of their new Link Belt RT cranes.
Imperial has been in the process of hoisting all components of production, including plant storage vessels and pipe modules, since March and are scheduled to complete mid August. Their cranes are working simultaneously with pipe fitters, boil makers and iron workers to complete the project. Once finished, the plant will be used to aide in the production of alternative fuel sources.
