Safety is important at Imperial Crane!
At Imperial Crane, we not only strive to offer the highest quality of work, but by doing it in the safest possible manner. Imperial Crane has a company-wide safety policy to assure that all jobs be done with respect to the safety and health of our customers and employees, and also adheres to all other companies policies. By setting expectations higher than those set by OSHA and ANSI, Imperial Crane has created a safe working environment over 30 years. We have implemented a plan based on a company policy, safety meetings, and hands-on experiences in the field.
Company Policy
Imperial Crane has established a safe work policy to ensure that all of its employees are properly trained in their areas of work and to operate with caution and responsibility. Pre-employment safety handbooks and monthly safety meetings bring the latest in safety topics and issues to the minds of every worker. Along with safe work practices, Imperial Crane also has a 3rd party Drug and Alcohol policy to provide our customers with the safest work environment. A full time safety director and safety coordinator have been put in place to see that this company policy work to perfection.
Safety Meetings
Imperial Crane has a monthly safety meeting with its employees to remind them of the importance of safety and to teach the latest safe work practices. Workers are commended on safety accomplishments and awards are handed out to those going above and beyond what is expected. Pre-job meeting and toolbox talks are also part of the safety plan at Imperial Crane to ensure that every job is done in the properly and safely.
